Sonic bonded sorbents are constructed from a single layer of high-quality, uniform polypropylene fibers "sonically" bonded together. This bonding process creates dimples for added strength and reduced linting. Meltblown pads and rolls are undimpled and are manufactured using a single layer of strong, uniform polypropylene fibers. They incinerate to less than two percent ash, will float indefinitely and will not mildew.
